The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get to everything from there. It is also situated next to a Palladium shopping center, which has a great food court for a variety of dining options. The cleanliness of the rooms is impressive, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff, especially Mrs. Katka at the reception desk, are courteous and helpful.

Noisy room.

The hotel's location is absolutely fabulous, with a big shopping centre just a stone's throw away. We loved being able to easily explore the city's attractions, from the old castle on the roofs of Prague to the famous Charles Bridge, all within walking distance. The spacious conservatory breakfast area offered a delightful start to our day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The room itself was beautifully decorated with ombre curtains and high stucco ceilings, making us feel like we were in a royal palace. The warm and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout our time there.

My friend and I had a really nice stay at this comfortable hotel. The twin room we requested was incredibly quiet and comfortable, allowing us to sleep for a blissful 9 and a half hours. The staff, from reception to the chamber maids and waiting staff, were all lovely, polite, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
